For mortgages we can be paid by a combination of fee and commission. In addition to the commission paid by the lender we will charge a broker fee of £199.00 on completion of the mortgage. Or a flat fee of £500.00 on completion of the mortgage and we will refund to you any commssion we receive from the mortgage lender. If we charge you a fee and your mortgage does not complete you will not receive a refund as we will not have charged a fee until completion of your mortgage.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage
